Events by Gayle conceptualized and executed a Wine Tasting Themed Bridal Shower at the client's home. Since the Client enjoyed DIY, Events by Gayle collaborated with her to bring her vision to life.  The client initially planned for the event to take place inside her home.  With the assistance of Events by Gayle, measures were taken to ensure a successful and beautiful patio party, taking full advantage of the poolside ambiance.  

 

A purchased tent covered the patio to protect guests from possible inclement weather while also creating an elegant party space.  The tent ceiling was covered with twinkling lights for evening atmosphere. Round banquet tables covered in burgundy linen and white chairs created a Napa Valley vibe.  White, garden picked hydrangea centerpieces with lace underlays complimented the burgundy cloths.

 

Guests were treated to a rustic, personal wine tasting upon their arrival.  A wine bar was set inside the client's sunroom.  Events by Gayle supplied the wines and wine notes, encouraging guests to try wines that were "out of their comfort zone".  Guests enjoyed tasting and learning about new wines.

Each guest was provided with their own wine glass for the evening and as a keepsake.  The client provided custom name tags on each glass.

A beautiful, wine inspired cheese display, designed by Events by Gayle, accompanied the wine bar.  Dinner was served on elegant platters and included a buffet of grilled chicken, sliced steak, grilled vegetables and numerous salads.  The grand finale of the evening, a homemade pie bar with something for everyone.

Beautiful gift bags containing a cheese spreader and wine chocolates were provided for each guest upon their departure.
